First, I always replace my belt on Fords with a Gatorback. They seem to help with slipping, 2nd gear belt chirping, etc. It sounds like bearing going out in one of your accessories? It can make noise when heated up because heat can break down the slight protection of any grease that may help with the bearings when it's cold.

Remove the belt, start the car and see if the noise is gone. If it is gone then it is something that the belt is turning and go from there.

No leaks from the power steering pump, replaced the tensioner and idler pulleys and turned the alternator pulley, no noise and spins freely.

Maybe it's the alternator itself? Do I need to take it off to get it tested or can I just drive it to the place and have them test it on the car?

Is it the noise that comes and goes in the video? Like you can hear it at :13 :15 :19 :21
sec?

Take some WD-40 and start spraying as well. Spray all the pulley's one at a time and when/if it goes away then that's the prob. It's random because it does not seem RPM dependent. If it was a constant noise or even at a faster feequency then I would immediatly point to a pulley bearing or something belt driven.

It obviously does it more than the times you posted, but your times are correct when it does it. I thought the same thing about the pulleys...I figured if it were a pulley it would be constant, but clearly it's not.
