Not to this extent and not on a stock tune.... Sounds like a restriction somewhere. Normally when you hear about this, it's a plugged exhaust. Air filter could be it.

I thought it would be a restriction to. I just dont know how or where because I dont have CATS and my air filter is clean. What else could I check?
