Question Suspension issue. help please

Im building a 88 foxbody. It was previously a 4banger car. I just picked up a 1997 mustang gt 8.8 rear end for my car(free from my buddies 'stang) and was wondering what kind of suspension should I get for it?

I was looking at just stock, but dont really know. It's going to be mostly a daily driver, and maybe at some points taken to the track. Any ideas on suspension kits? and what kind of front suspension should I get?price is somewhat an issue, im TRYING not to spend over like 500ish if possible.

Im more of a painter/body work person so any ideas, concerns etc would be helpful THANKYOU. if it helps i have a t-5 and it will have a 331stroker in it.

do a search for jazzerthecat's suspension thread. all the info you'll ever need is in there.

try keeping the factory springs and cut a coil off. the 97 rearend should act the same, its just a little wider. but i would at least get upper/lower control arms with spherical end links

Your budget is going to be your enemy here

If your looking to get grip, you are gonna have to spend more money on suspension components. You WILL need FLSFC's, LCA's (the specific type listed in my guide) and lots of other stuff to get a good dig off the line. The 1/4 mile is not my bag, so my guide is not going to be directed at your needs, but will be helpful.

Thanks all... I think im going to stay focused on finishing the motor first, and then see how much money i left for the suspension and then go from there. Thanks for the help all.
