They are the fuel vapour vent, and fill limit vent valves--both components of the EVAP emissions system.

The little one is the vapor vent, I can find that one online at various parts places. I can not find the big fill limit vent anywhere. I'll call Ford on monday but I think its kinda odd that I can find one but not the other.

There are a lot of parts like that. Like the plastic cup bushing that goes on the end of the shift lever. I wanted to have one on the shelf "just-in-case" and have been unable to find one--the local Ford dealer couldn't get one. I've been meaning to contact one of the rebuilders but haven't gotten around to it.
The low speed engine cooling fan ballast resistor is another one...
