Ok this is what im planning.

stock intake manifold
Forged 03 Cobra Internals
MPH Stage 2.5 Heads
VT Custom Stage 2 S/C Cams
BBK Chrome LT headers
BBK Shortie X Pipe
Aftermarket Clutch

Ok so how much HP should i expect w/ this set up plus my 11PSI Aftercooled Vortech?

I eventually want to boost her to 20 PSI , but im undecided if i should do that w/ my engine rebuild or if i should wait on that. what do u guys think? how much HP would i expect w/ 20 PSI Cooled?

Are you running an aftermarket intake plenum and TB? Also, I would axe the chrome headers, they are overpriced, no one will see them and they get too freakin' HOT. As far as HP #'s, you will be real close to 580.

when i install my s/c i installed a 75mm TB and plenum from accufab.

580 from 11psi thats good.

THe reason why i was thinking about bolting on a 20psi blower is so when they customize my cams it will be custom for 20psi. should i worry about that or does that not matter?

how much hp should i expect w/ a 20psi blower?

Man, that's a shiat load of boost. I would put an intake on there before I upgraded the blower. The SQ-V2 is a damn good blower and will serve you well. We are at 14psi right now and with heads/cams and a Reichard Racing intake, the Mrs' stang will be well over 600.

You would have to upgrade to a T-trim and that would be a hell-a-lot for a street driven car. Not saying it couldn't be done, but I like to drive my cars on the street and not lose any driveability, ya know...being able to cruise with the a/c on, etc.

And BTW, no way you can safely boost over 10psi or so without forged internals.
