Could I lower my 2004 GT by cutting the springs with a saw? Ive seen people do it on other cars...


Also, What do you think about the steeda springs? How much lower does it make you go...

You sure could..... will it ride good..... probley not....is it the best way to lower your stang......Not at all..

The Steeda spring, Eibach, MM are a lot better way to go if you want to lower your car. Do a search on here about the type of spring that you want to use and I am sure that you will find some info on them.

The only reason I try to go with steeda is because Im 10 minutes from their main facility.

Yes, do not cut the springs. Just buy new ones. And lucky you living 10 min away from steeda. I would be there every weekend if I lived that close to steeda.
