Default Misfire when cold. No codes

For a little bit I've been getting a misfire when cold starting until it warms up after about a minute. Just happens when I blip the gas pedal then it won't do it anymore until it goes back to idle. I changed the plugs and boots of cop because I figured the boot may have been messed up when I had the notorious crossover coolant leak. Problem is I don't know which cop was on that cylinder now since they got switched around when I changed the plugs. My tuner isnt showing any codes. Is there a way I can see which cylinder is missing when cold by datalogging? Could this be a head gasket problem because the base of the base on the block is a little wet on both heads
