Left In the Cold!
I left my 2000 Mustang GT in the hospital parking lot for a week following the blizzard. Now it's idling rough and won't go over 40 taking it home. It was like driving a tractor; lots of noise but no git up and go. What could be the problem? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Jackie

What you describe sounds like it's operating in FMEM (Failure Mode Effects Management) mode, aka "limp" mode, due to failure of one or more sensors--although it could also be water in the fuel tank/lines--how much fuel was in the tank, did the temperature rise and fall above/below freezing while it was parked?
Were you able drive it far enough for the engine to get up to normal temperature?
If the MIL is lit you need to get the code(s) read and work it from there; if it is not lit then you need to get any pending codes read.
