For your 02 GT you have removable stock cam gears so you can have the shop grind the keyway on it when you degree the cams in

I wasnt planning on degreeing the cams. What i wanted to do is reuse the stock cam gears and just take it to a shop and have it tuned

Not degreeing those cams is a huge mistake.

Well, you should definitely degree those cams. But, I will answer your question with another question.....

If you aren't going to degree your cams, what the hell do you need adjustable gears for? LOL

that kinda my question too lol...are adjustable cam gears something i have to have? if their not id just rather put the stock cam gears on the new cams, not degree them, get it tuned and call it a day.

The cams you are planning on installing can cause the valves to hit the pistons if you do not degree them properly. This will cause bent valves and possibly other damage to your motor. You really need to degree them for the sake of your motor. You do not need adjustable gears to accomplish this. You can grind the keyways on the stock cam gears in order to get the adjustment necessary to make sure your valves don't hit.

If you are not prepared to do all that, you are better off choosing a less aggressive set of cams.
