At what point are ARP Stud bolts and arp2000 rod bolts a must!?

I was also wondering about the comparison of Flow between the 96 cobra intake manifold for the B heads, and the 99 intake manifold for the C heads. I know the C heads flow a little bit better, but its not a huge difference. If i do the C head conversion, thats $600 for the intake, $400 for the throttle body. $1000 isn't worth the slightly better flow of the C head UNLESS the 99 intake is much better. I could take the 1g and port my B heads and not have to swap the throttle body and intake.

ARP head studs. I went with bolts first time and im redoing it again with head studs from ARP. More clamping force especially for boosted cars.

Also with bolts and boost you have a good chance of lifting your heads and that's not good
