Hey guys, As most of you know im going to be PI swapped soon. This up comming tuesday is my big day where im bringing my car in to get it done. Now this kid i know knows that im gonna be PI swapped after tuesday and he wants to run me before i get it done. Whos gonna win. His car is a 2001 Mustang GT with just Intake and a T/b and flowmasters. I looked under the hood of his and thats all i noticed. He also took me for a ride in his car and i know that it dosent have gears, His tranny sounds like **** he said that he dosent have a second gear due 2 his bad syncros. ( i could hear it grind everytime he shifted second). I know that everyone says that the 96-98 GTs are the slowest cars ever. I just wanna see evryones input on this race.

i think it will be close, you might take him. i've heard people say a non pi swapped 96-98 gt with gears can take a 99+ without em. good luck

If you have the DR's it will be a drivers race with the edge going to you. Without the DR's you are finished unless you are one hell of a driver and he is a bad driver. Then again if he cant find second anything is possible I guess. Either with the DR's or not you will have to get him off the line good and hope you can hold him because he has a better top end than you.
