Angry Help! Steam from Radiator! No Overheating

Hello, 2 days ago my serpertine belt snap on my 1998 Gt. I replaced it yesterday and add 50/50 coolant. I drive to the store and home (about 4 miles) with no issues. When I pulled in my garage I notice there was stream coming from under the hood. I opened the hood and notice the steam was coming from radiator (Not the cap). I have no visable coolant leak and car is running at normal temp. Any ideal of whats going on?? Please Help !!!! (Steam disappears once fan turns on.)

Water pump is toast is a guess.
If the bearing was seizing it would cause the belt to snap.
Anytime a belt snaps there is definitely a bigger issue going on.
Anyway thats my guess.
