Tuned HP?

If you are current running the stock tune, all that stuff and anything else you bolt on (except a power adder, which will need a tune anyway), will do just about nothing.
With a good premium fuel tune you could hit 250-260 peak rwHP, and pick up 15 to 30+HP from 2500 to 4500 rpm, where you can actually use it. The stock tune has very conservative timing and runs pig-rich at WOT to ensure that the engine will survive running on 87 octane swill--under any circumstances--throughout the warranty period.
As to UDPs I have Steeda's that I got used from a fellow forum member ($100) and ma quite pleased with what they brought to the table. This is that their most profound effect is only reached under hard acceleration in the lower gears, when the reduced inertial load of the accessories is most noticeable.
If you don't ever do that (hard acceleration in lower gears) you'll pretty much never know they are there--as to the often touted increases in fuel economy, if it's there it's too small to notice...

so basically a tune wouldn't much for me, if thats the case ill just buy my suspension set up instead of spending 350 on a tuner, also do i need new shocks and struts right away? will i be okay with the stock ones for a while or what? thanks!

I certainly never said that, the stock tune tune is horrible and 90% of the stuff you've bolted on's potential is going to waste by your still running it...
