So i drove over to my parents to wash my car. Went ahead and washed it and then went to move out of my fathers parking spot before he got home. When i went to start the car up it wouldnt turn over... I tried about 2 or 3 more times and nothing... well once when it was cold i had the same problem and when i gave it gas when starting up it was fine, so i tried this... it ran HORRIBLE! blob blob blob car shaking vacuum gauge bouncing up and down along with the RPM's... thought maybe i got something wet so i let it dry off and tried again about 10 minutes later... same thing except this time i noticed white smoke....Tried 2 more times to see if I could tell where the smoke was coming from and all I could say is it was from the passenger side. It wreaks of gas as well. Oh and my gas mileage went from 17 to 12 the last 2 trips... no matter how i drive it (if that helps at all)

Any ideas anybody?
my friend said a bad evap problem but all my lines are still hooked up.
