Car won't start

Car won't start
Ok so i have a crazy problem i never seen before an i am stump..
I have a 2000 mustang gt.The problem is it will turn over an crank but won't start..
the last thing i did was unplug the battery an this is when it strated.
When i put the key in the fan will run.if the fan cut off it will start but if it kicks back on it will kill the car..anyone have this happen?? I had this happen a while back but the next day it ran fine an i just forgot about it an went on..could it be something to do with the theft system?
