Default Cooling fan / ccrm question

So as I stated before my car has been overheating in traffic with the a/c on. If I sit idle for about 10 minutes (like at sonic or something) with the a/c on it also overheats. I am still trying to find the issue. I hate to replace the CCRM if it ain't bad. I don't think the fan is going into high speed honestly. I never hear it change from low to high. I jumped both the low and high speed wires and the fan worked both times.

Today I had a/c on and it was at normal temp for a good bit of time when I pulled it in the garage. I left it running and disconnected the connector to the coolant temp sensor on the pass side of the intake. The cooling fan went into high speed mode. It was only in low speed mode before and with max a/c on and 90* outside I am sure it should have been in high.

My question is, do you think it's the ccrm? I think it is but at the same time, when I disconnect the coolant sensor and the fan goes into high speed, isn't that sending a signal to the ccrm?!?! I can't figure this out!

Ok I got to doing more reading. When I try and burp the system once the Tstat opens it loves to just keep blowing coolant out of where the cap would go. Wouldn't this be a good sign of a clogged radiator?

No suggestions? I should add that even after it should have been properly bled, that reving the motor with the cap off and tstat open cause coolant to rush out of the reservoir.

Are you sure the gauge on your cluster is working properly? Maybe it appears that the car is over heating when it really is not? I had this happen on my car just recently after switching to a cobra gauge cluster. Luckily I have Sniper SF and using recon, was able to see the temp reading from the senor that controls the fans.

Not saying to ignore the issue, but maybe that is the problem.

Now as for ways to test, I think the sensors voltage raises as the car warms up. If you could find the voltage specs as to how many volts = temperature (which I swear I have seen somewhere), you could probe the wires on both sensors to see if one or the other is bad / reading the same.

I checked it with recon as well as the dash cluster diagnostic mode and it got to like 240 if I remember correctly.
