Default some mods i might add

OK, all I know is what the manufacturer states the gains are, but I know most of you guys have had your cars on a dyno, so what do you think the following mods would make on a GT to the wheels, total I guess...

Borla stinger exaust, K&N FIPK, Diablo tuner, C&L plenum, 70mm Accufab throttle body and a less restrictive BBK X-pipe with cats? and then maybe with underdrive pullies?

I just ordered my Diablo and am thinking about getting the underdrives, x-pipe and throttle body depending on what you guys think.

Do the 75mm TB.

Not to hijack the post but Mitch, I think you are the first guy I have seen reccomend the 75mm to anybody with simple bolt ons. I ordered the 75 just because... but what's your reasoning for your opinion on it?

Most tests with the C&L plenum and Accufab TB showed higher gains with the 75mm. I got the C&L plenum and 75mm TB, WAY back when C&L first came out with their plenums and C&L was the only company making aftermarket plenums, the 75mm TB worked very well and I saw no disadvantage.

good input code3. i am going to have some questions for you about my throttle body soon and i'm hoping you can help me out.

To answer the original question.....and it's always just a guess but I'd say you could easily pick up 25 wheel HP with the mods you are talking about if your car is bone stock right now.

well as far as i know....the best basics across the board are a set of gears, nice exhaust (everyone has a personal preference), and better intake flow......now since you guys have the PI heads the intake plenums and MAFs give you guys gains...but for us non pi guys i have heard that upgrading your TB and Plenum doesnt really do much for us....anyone back that up or state otherwise before i invest money in something thats not gunna work to my advantage.

a tb alone wont get you significant gains but a full intake CAI, Tb, and PLenum will definately help your stang breath better. Im pretty happy with my investment.

All good ideas. Look into headers. Even shorties are better than stock manifolds. Plus they'll bolt in without changing the mid pipe you have/get. Long tube headers (LTs) are better, but can make it difficult to work on the transmission down the road.

Gears. 3.73 or 4.10. Nuf said there.

Good luck
