Default Engine build

I am rebuilding a 4.6L sohc motor so far I have bought forged h-beam rods and forged pistons I'm re-using the stock crank (the machine shop said it would be okay to do this I don't think I will really be pushing crazy amounts of horse power on a 2v motor) I am also having the shop balance and put all the bottom end together. I will soon be buying a blower I have heard that pro charger is a good one to buy. Is this true? And also would it be a smart idea to buy a mild blower cam while I'm at it? And if so what are some good ones to take in consideration.
