Not completly hard to swap in a 5.0, but totally not worth it depending on your goals. Your best bet is to just swap in a pi engine (99-04) gt. I see them on ebay all the time with low mileage for less tha $1500 with everything you will need.

Youll need a 94-95 k frame to put in the pushrod.
