I dont know if it is because it is humid outside and hot because this is my first season like this with this car. My top all of a sudden decided not to go down without a little push from where the latches are. I only had to help it once but other times it takes a couple of seconds to start going down. Once it leaves the windshield operation appears normal. Any ideas?

 

with my buddys he always pushes his off idk if thats cause he had to or what...but might be some moisture in the cylinder
