When I open the hood of the car and turn the car on, the hood vibrates up and down. Car has 32,000 miles on it. 2004 GT. idk what the problem is. Is this normal? is it my exhaust causing this? right now i have no mufflers (sounds like azz). Motor mounts are stock too.

so what exactly is the problem? does it do anything else other than vibrate the hood when its open?

lol check the mounting bolts before you get hit in the head...if those are tight then get diff exhaust hahaha

Sounds like your muffler bearings are going bad and transferring vibration to your hood.

They've nearly doubled in price! You could get one for $30 just a couple yesrs ago...

Note: Kaleco has replacement 710 caps too...

guise i can feel ma gear stick vibrating when the car is idling, is taht normal???????????

I REALLY like driving my car too, but my "stick" vibrates most at speeds over 100 MPH.
