Default New clutch, and machined fly wheel questions/problem

I just got a new clutch installed today, and they re did the flywheel while at it, new throwout bearing and some ball linkage also.

Anyways now my car seems to shake when i rev it in neutral.. im thinking this is because of the flywheel. How bad could they have messed this up? Will this go away when i break in this new clutch?

Also the clutch pedal seems to be really soft for the 1st like 2 inches then it gets pretty hard.

The clutch does engage smoothly though and it seems to work fine. Any comments from ppl who have had new clutches put in and broke them in properly are appreciated.

Basically i want to know if this is normal and if it will go away from break-in or if it should be fixed.

How bad is this shake, the flywheel might be out of balance now.

its noticeable and my steering wheel shakes a bit at certain rpms when reving in neutral, is this easily fixable/adjustable or would they have to remove transmission and replace the whole flywheel?

The shop just called after i emailed them and they said they had a real hard time getting the pilot bearing out, not sure if they could have damaged anything while doing this. They said to bring it back in and they will try to find out whats wrong.

The flywheel is centered on the crankshaft via a boss surrounding the pilot bearing recess--if this got sufficient bunged up, or metal shavings got in behind the flywheel when mounted, it would affect the flywheel balance.

Sounds to me from their response as though they knew something was not 100% when they reassembled it...
