Dyno Tuning

Dyno Tuning
I found a shop locally that has a dyno. They gave me a price of $230 for the chip and $115 to put the car on the dyno.
I have a OffRoad Xpipe and CIA installed on the car. Will a tune help a significant amount?
I was also curious if they could turn off the rear o2 sensors with a dyno tune as well.
The idle on my car is a little off at times, it doesn't do it all the time. Would this tune help with that?
Thanks

RE: Dyno Tuning
i dont think a dyno tune is needed yet with your mods. I would wait until you have some serious work done such as a nitrous, cams and heads, or supercharger. your usually ok with jsut bolt ons and no tune. You may want to look into a handheld tuner. you dont want to have to get your car real dyno tuned everytime you add something new.

RE: Dyno Tuning
Guys how much HP would I be putting out with my mods plus a dyno tune? I'm getting a dyno tune cause I doubt I'll be doing anymore modding unless I SC it which may be a while down the road yet. Shop near Chicago called Finish Line Performance will be doing the work and they will do the A/F optimization, timing, injector changes, idle speed and shift point changes.Which is good for me cause I got an auto. All that and a chip is 550.

RE: Dyno Tuning
I would bet that withe the dyno tune you will be around 230-240 max. When I dynoed my car I was at 243 rwhp and that was just useing the predator to adjust timeing and lean it out a bit because it was running really rich.
