SOHC 2V to DOHC 4V

SOHC 2V to DOHC 4V
Would there be any fitment or installation issues with going from the 4.6L SOHC 2V to the 4.6L DOHC 4V? I was thinking of getting the replacement DOHC 4V engine from fordparts.com (it would be a remanufactured complete engine assembly). My Mustang is the 2001 Bullitt GT with the 4.6L SOHC 2V.
Outside of the engine, there are some similarities between the Bullitt GT and the SVT Cobra of that year (transmission make, final drive ratio, gear ratios, 8.8" rear axle, throttle body (dual 57 mm unit), mass air meter diameter)) that would make me think the engine swap should go pretty well.

Youll need a cobra ecu and harness, a cobra ecu and modified GT harness OR re use your GT computer with either a cobra harness or modified gt harness with a TUNE AND IMRC deletes if its a B head motor. Depending which 4v it is you may need a throttle and cruise control cable. Other than that its a direct swap in assumming you have a complete 4v setup (MAF/Injectors/ correct flywheel/ etc etc)
