i think i might wait until i get my tax refund check. i dont think the gears will help my car get around any in my first winter driving a rear wheel drive car. so i think i will wait and get used to the snow a little bit and then buy the gears.

In that case, you could buy $400 worth of sandbags and throw them in your trunk. That'll be a good "winter mod"

i talked to a shop that will install the gears for $150. where is a good site to get the gears?and do you know the size gear i need to adjust the speedometer?
