Default What would take me to the next level?

I am in the process of getting my car back to my tuner in the beginning of October here for some more tuning and to get my car tuned with meth so I can really see what she's capable of. I'm expecting to take the car to 6300-6500, be upwards of 18-20psi, and probably in the 575-600rwhp range. As the car sits, I only got it tuned to 5800 rpms and it pushed out 516/463 through the auto, saw 16psi. The motor build is a 281 bored .20, completely forged internals (9:1), MMR stage 3 PI heads, VT Stage 2 blower cams, Eddie vic jr manifold, Vortech SI, Paxton intercooler, AIS meth, 8 rib conversion, 2. 95 blower pulley w/ 10% overdrive, all bolt ons, built auto w/ stall, built rear, full fuel system, etc.

I recently just did this whole motor, so I really dont want to ever have to rip it back apart if possible. I understand an easy upgrade would be to swap my SI for a JT/YSI, as I will be spinning the blower upwards of 60,000 impellar speed. I'm contemplating of getting my SI for sale this winter so I can get rolling on the blower upgrade. Say I was looking to be in the next level of 650-700rwhp, is there anything else I should be looking at besides changing the head unit that would really step me up to the next level?

Man I would love to take your headunit off of you. Wish I could afford it tho. But wasnt you considering nitrous at one point in time to go on top og your current setup? If so why did you back out of that?

What headunit are you currently running? Just to try to save ya some coin, it would probably be cheaper if you are running an S trim to send it to Vortech to be upgraded (I sent my SQ to them and had upgraded to SI for $400). I think in a few months I may put it up for sale, that way I have the winter months to get the JT/YSI.

I did contemplate going nitrous on top of my setup, but after talking to a few tuners about it they said it can be done, but its just a TON of stuff going on (boost, intercooler, meth, nitrous). Just lots to go wrong, ya know

Yeah i completely understand. It would be insane though. But it would be wild to have a YSI. And what can the SI's handle again?

I think I'm pretty much at its limits, I have found one or two other guys in the 600rwhp range with an SI, but 99% of the guys at this point are stepping up to JT/YSI. I would think its safe to say that around 17-18psi is its max, about 55000-58000 impellar speed is overspinning it a good bit.

YSi trim and i would think your motor would handle at LEAST 6500 rpm...
