Well after a lengthy conversation with two different tuners, we have come to the conclusion that it has to be an air leak around or after the MAF so I'm going to have to go over all the piping and couplings thourougly to check for small tears or cracks. FRP, injectors, blower and blow off valve have all be eliminated due to the fact that the car isn't building boost and instead severly riching out, considering if any of those components would be bad the car would NOT rich out on top end due to the fact that the amount of fuel sprayed would be based upon the a amount of air passing through the MAF, so basically it wouldnt be making the power but it would still run properly. The fact its riching out so badly would mean the computer is getting its normal reading from the MAF but somehow the air is not making it to the motor, but the fuel it normall would get is. So its back to the drawing board and pulling all the pipes out from the outlet of the intercooler to the motor, if that checks out good im guessing its the MAF.

I know on a Chevy LT1 if you pull the vac line off the FPR and you smell raw gas ,its bad.
not sure if this test can be done on the 4.6 Ford.

Just trying to help out

GL Uber you'll figure it out

I haven't checked it out yet, but I think its an actualy leak somewhere, if it was a dirty MAF I don't think it would run fine at partial throttle and it would probably still build boost.

UPDATE********. Took all the piping off from the outlet of the intercooler to the throttble body, and the bottom of the tube by the mass air meter there was alot of dirt and debris bigger than sand grains.........Cant locate the leak though, the other side of the tubbing before the inlet of the intercooler is perfect with no debris.
