Update: drained that nasty sauce and filled with exactly 102 oz of Mobil 1 ATF. SHIFTS LIKE BUTTER, so much better!

Thanks bro, that nasty sauce felt like I had talc powder as lubricant in the tranny.

Drove it around for about 30 min running errands; when I opened the drain plug, that stuff poured out thick as all hell. I'm glad I changed it when I did.
