Thanks all. Ive heard bad things about the plastic tubing they send with the gauges but if youve never had a problem then I might just use it for now. And to WannaBe I was talking about a sending unit, not a controller, sorry for the confusion.

The people that have problems with it are the idiots that pinch it somewhere, or pull it too tight through a bare hole (no rubber grommet) they drilled in firewall, or over-tighten the compression fittings by torquing them up tighter than they would a lug nut--all issues I have actually seen...
