Default Spark Plugs

Do you have to remove the fuel rails to change the plugs on a 99-04 GT? Had a 5.0l guy tell me that I did... just wondering.

You just need a 7mm socket to remove the coil and spark plug socket. Easily done. Just to let you know, ive heard NGK plugs are about the best. Someone let me know if you know of others that are better.

The coil-on-plug will bend out from under the fuel rails. Dont be alarmed is the rubber boot under the coil comes off. It pops right back on.

Definetly... you also need to back your timing down about two or three degrees in your tune.
