Default Car won't start, making loud clicking noise

Hey guys I'm new to the forums here and am somewhat a novice at car mechanics. I am having an issue with my 98 GT. i have done a few basic mods recently including a CAI. started up but the hose that leads from the intake to the throttle body popped off and i didn't notice and left it running. then reconnected and put a hose clamp to fix that. I then started to splice in raxiom headlights but got a defective bulb and put the stock ones back in and now it is making a loud clicking noise sounds like its coming from the throttle body. i don't think its my starter. the car started great except between the cai and lights. any help would be great thanks.

No start, loud clicking, sounds like dead battery.

Clicking normally starter or battery. Also...as i was bhimding my 96. I realized a bad body ground can make the constant control module located in the pass. Fender click. Its around the area too..but doubt thats what is. Just more food for thought. Id be on battery then starter first.

Mine did the same thing, changed the battery and got some new connectors for the terminals even cut the positive and negative wires back a bit for some good non burnt wire and its been starting ever since.
