Unhappy overheating problem?

hello i have a 98 gt and i recently changed the water pump because it was leaking the car ran good after that so i took it out and ran it pretty hard then it overheated now it runs rough and overheats in about 20 minutes and i noticed there is coolant in the first spark plug well on the driverside also some white smoke coming from driverside tail pipe. not long before this i replaced the intake manifold with the aluminum crossover used new gaskets but didnt use any rtv sealant so was wondering if maybe the coolant is leaking from there. any help or advice would be appreciated.

Coolant in the oil could be a cracked head, bad head gasket or a leaky intake manifold gasket.

Did the new intake happen to be a PI inatke by chance. because you have to use rtv sealant on ethier side of the front runners to block of part of the coolant passage, if not you will get coolant in your cylinders

nice car meangreen, how can i tell if the intake is a pi intake? my car had an all plastic intake and it had a leak on the crossover part so i went to a junkyard and got a intake with the aluminum crossover from a crown vic. if it is the intake leaking is their a better gasket i can use? the kind i have on there is the plastic with the rubber built in it on both sides. should i use rtv?
