Default Oil in PCV crossover line

Need some advice on what to do next. I was replacing the elbow that goes into the upper intake from the PCV valve tube and noticed a lot of oil in the tube and on nipple coming outa the intake. I checked the PCV and its not clogged but I did notice a really strong vacuum pressure from the line. Is it normal to have that much oil in the tube. Ive heard of some that put in an oil catch can in the line, but I dont know a thing about them. Can anyone shed some light here? Thanks

Take a look at this thread, a catch can is exactly what you need:

Good luck.
