I recently got my 3.73 gears installed in my 99 gt and had my speedo calibrated with a new bama tune however I am getting real jerky shifts that just don't feel right,
when I convert back to stock it does not jerk at all... any one else had this problem? is this a result of the new gears or maybe my shift firmness needs adjusting?
happens on all 3 tunes

With the lower gears the engine speed is rising at a faster rate affecting the shift points, which can be adjusted so the shift occurs when and as you want it to. In the tune the shift points can be vehicle (mph) or engine (rpm) speed based--get in touch with BAMA and let them know your concerns.
