Squeaking Around Back Seat

Ah, the unbearable squeek.
My car had this and at one point I couldn't take it anymore so I stopped by a store and checked it out. Apparently I had the hardest time pulling a seat down because where the metal clamps on inside the back seat was just rusted. So I ended up just buying WD-40 and spraying both those parts inside the seats and my squeeking went away.

I noticed all three brackets have separated on my rear package tray. So it must be the glue that's the issue with it, not the brackets themselves.
