Default Left Rear lower Than Right.

The left rear wheel is about 2inches lower than the right side. Is this bad shocks? or somthing else?

If your wheel is lower than the other, you are on an incline . If the wheel wells are uneven, it's probably your springs. Has it been lowered?

You are sitting on a level surface, right? If so, like I said it's probably your springs.

push down on the car on both sides and if it continues to bouce when you let off, then it is probobly your shocks, you can also check around the shocks to see if any fluid has leaked around the outside of the shocks, if so, then its your shocks, but if not, then it could be your springs or spring isolaters.
