Default 97 cobra MSD guidance

Hey there fellas id like your expertise in MSD choices ...i have a 97 cobra with BBK x-pipes , bbk trottle body . with flowmasters 40 series with a tune from BAMA performane (SCT tuner ) and a turbo kit waiting for install but not any time soon...but anyhow my question is im looking at MSD DIS-4 Ignition and a MOD-6 ignition which one do you guys recommend because i know the MOD-4 one needs a cable kit thats about 200+ bucks because it comes with a set up for a carburated car and DIS-4 needs just one cable thats like 50 bucks ..thank you guys

Stay stock, it provides more than enough spark

Seriously, you have no need for an aftermarket ignition system unless you do away with all computerized functions of the car.....which in my opinion would make it an unreliable POS hobby car a.k.a money pit.

I'm sure Cliffyk can pop in this thread and throw some technical information in the mix.
