Default Return to returnless fuel system

In my 2000 gt I've deleted the PVC, Egr, n that diff pressure solenoid. Its been giving me problems that makes me think the fuel pumps going out so I got n eBay one on the way. I think my issue might be vapor lock because the car pretty much dies after a short drive.
Does anybody know if when deleting the Egr n pcv, if the cars telling the ECM the fuel vapor control valve, evap emissions canister, emissions canister control valve, and canister vent solenoid r deleted to? Can I get a proper tune with the fuel return deleted. Any incite at all will be help full. I'm also looking at a stand alone systems anybody have any recommendations?
