Default 96GT to 04GT Head and Intake Swap Special Tools

Hello all,

I have a 96 Mustang GT that I am in the process of swapping over 04 GT Heads and Intake manifold on.

We have the engine pretty much all the way tore down, but I had a question about swapping the timing components onto the new heads.

According to ALLDATA, I am going to need a couple special tools, but my friend says I can get by with these:

OTC Ford Crankshaft Positioning Tool T93P-6303-A
Ford Rotunda Camshaft Aligner T91P-6256-A 303-380 4.6L

I just want to make sure if these are all I will need to complete the swap, and if they are absolutely necessary. Are there any other special tools, or anything else I should know to complete this swap?

Thanks

Basic tools here. The camshaft retainer is nice to have, but not necessary by any means. You might want to get a degree wheel for the head bolt tightening sequence, but most of the time I wing it.
