Default clutch issue

i recently did a t56 swap into my 2001 gt.. put a ram stage 3 clutch had no issues.. three weeks later the clutch pedal was releasing right off the fire wall... i tried adjusting the clutch by pulling up on the pedal no luck.... next day i get ready to go to work turn the car on warm it up clutch in, go to put it in reverse and i cant, its to hard. doesnt go into any other gear either.. so I turned the car off put it into first gear turned it on..... the clutch holds the car back from moving and once i release its right off the firewall again... the cable doesnt look to have any slack in it.. was told it could get strecthed out... I was also told on the adjusting part of the clutch to check the halfmoon piece by the gas pedal.... its plastic and someone said since i have a staged clutch the high tension might have stripped the teeth on the plastic piece.... anyone have any other theories i hate to drop the transmission if i dont have to...

I'd throw a quadrant and firewall adjuster on and call it a day. I was having similar issues and could never figure it out until I put those two items on.

Also, stay far far away from aftermarket clutch cables....Ford cables or bust!!! (literally)
