So do you actually have a firewall adjuster? That was never made clear. If not, that's what you need to be adjusting with.

No I do not have a firewall adjuster. But I don't get how that is goin to make the cable shorter for it to be tighter. It's just really loose where the clutch for is and its adjusted all the way as tight as it will go and still is loose

Is a firewall adjuster going to fix that??

Yes a firewall adjust will take slack out of the cable, the stock cable needs to have some pastic cut off it to work with a firewall adjuster.
