Default CCRM failing

Hi,
New here and I have a 96 Mustang I'm building. My engine fan quit a couple of weeks ago. I checked the fan by wiring direct and high and low speed work fine. I replaced the CCRM and the fan started working. I have driven the car twice since then to make sure it was fixed. Well yesterday the fan quit again. I checked the fan operation last night and it still works when wired direct.

Could the fan be drawing too many amps and buring out the relay before the fuse blows? Does anyone know what normal amp draw is for the fan?
I have downloaded all the wiring diagrams to start checking the harness.
I just wanted to see if anyone here had this problem or has some ideas on what would cause the relay to fail twice.

Thank You.
