sluggish take off at track

What track do you go to? Just curious, I'm from the Warsaw (Northern by Ft. Wayne) area and if you’re looking for a tuner check out Brenspeed they have really good customer service, and are located in Indiana.

Yeah I could understand that, it would take a lot for me to do it too. I have a 5 speed now but on my old mustang I would have done it, why not it’s pretty much a free mod! Working on your car is a learning experience just be careful and understand what you are doing before you tackle a project like that. And with the gears and a tuner it will be a new beast! Check out Brenspeed I live down the road from them and they do really good work!

It’s not supposed to be normal but it seems like a lot of our cars have a miss fire. Mine does when taking off too it just seems like it hesitates around 2 grand or so but only every once and a while.

Yea thats about what i noticed from dead idle at line to jumping all over it , i got alittle hesitation but once it got totally locked into torque converter it was going good , best pass last night was 14.54@96 mph,,,,

Also practice makes perfect over a few more visits to the track you can drop your time considerably.
