99-04 CONVERTIBLE TOP ?

HAS ANYBODY CHANGED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL VINYL TOP TO THE COBRA STYLE CLOTH TOP? IS IT JUST A FABRIC SWAP OR DO I NEED TO CHANGE TOP RAILS,BOWS,ETC.?
