Default Strange sound from the front end

I just noticed the past few days, then I've got an odd, somewhat grinding sound coming from what I believe is my front drivers side. It seems to only occur when I turn my steering wheel to the right. Going straight there's no sounds, if I go slightly right, i hear it. It comes and goes each turn I swerve or turn right. I think I hear the same noise when braking occasionally? Hope I gave enough info to diagnose this issue. If it helps, I recently had my tie rods replaced. Would it be a warped rotor or something like that? I'm no mechanic tho lol

If its a grinding sound could be your brakes...Last time you had them checked? You could also be rubbing against something when turning...best thing to do is look under it and see if u see anything out of place
