You might be able to help with the grinding with a fluid change but I highly doubt it. Trust us it is your syncros. There is nothing "weird" about them grinding above 2K that is when it would happen.

Well I still have the stock clutch cable and I heard I need to replace it or get an andjuster kit since its an after market clutch. Spec stage 2
