Default exhaust issues

Hoping for a possible solution to a problem im having. i recently swapped a ford racing 4.6 4v. along with that i put long tube headers, an x-pipe, high flow cats, and a borla cat back, and dougs headers electric cut outs. the cut outs broke in 24 hours and i had been driving with them open. my exhaust pressure blew my cats out, and now my cats are gutted.

my problem now is that when ever i get on the gas in 3rd gear or higher from a lower RPM( anything under 2k) i feel a large amount of vibration, it feels like its in the exhaust. it vibrated two bolts loose on my exhaust flange, only on one side though. in addition to this if feels like im loosing power while its vibrating. If i let of the gas slightly and get back on it less aggressively than before, the vibration stops.

does this problem sound familiar at all, or does anyone know the cause and or solution for this?

If its loosing power during vibration its more than likley a motor issue or drivetrain issue, how did you cats "blow out from exhaust pressure"

i'm not sure how i blew the cats out. i got on it a little one night. and the days following it felt like a v6. it was very quiet and the power loss was significant. i took the exhaust apart and the guts for the cats were blown into the middle of my x-pipe. which in the process of blowing out sheared off the tip of one of my 02 sensors.

the same day i cleared my exhaust obstruction i changed my spark plugs. could that be a factor. the power loss during acceleration started after the spark plug changed and exhaust clearing

I'm gunna put it up on a lift today and check out the motor mounts, and bang around on the exhaust a little to see if i get any movement, check the welds and the hangars and all that.
