Default Best N/A setup

Ok, this weekend I will be upgrading... kinda from my 07 blown v6 to a 96 GT. I was looking at the MHS stage 3 heads and was thinking maybe the high lift stage 3 lunati cam. I wouldnt have to notch the pistons and (should) make some nice numbers and have a awesome idle too. Full setup (after suspension) im thinkin would be.
70mm tb
stage 3 mhs heads
stage 3 lunati high lift n/a cams
??????? upper lower plenum. (advice)
BBk lt's
shorty x pipe
pypes m80's
coilovers, rear l/u ca's
stage 2 clutch.
alum ds
alum flywheel
msd ign
?????? size injectors/pump
it has a cobra trans already.
going to run stock bottom end till its time for a refresher then....
11-1 cr domes, all forged internals w/cobra crank.
Im not sure at the moment but I may be missing something so let me know what you think of the build and give advice on where and how to do it, how it would be best to start... OH yea 4.10's and tuner but I figure thats a given for n/a.
My goal is 375ish rwhp n/a no spray or anything

It sounds like youre on the right track. Im not familiar with the Lunati cam specs, but once you build the bottom end, you will most likely be upgrading cams again. 375 rwhp with a built bottom end is starting to become more possible, but thats with some nasty cams and aftermarket intake manifold. I have a stokish bottom end with 11.3:1 compression, and Im pretty much maxed out on cam, and the PI intake is at its limit. I cant really upgrade them until I build the bottom end because any more intake and cam and Ill be limited by the rpm limit of the bottom end. Im runing FRPP 30# injectors on my setup btw...

Just so you know 96-98 GT and Cobras used the same transmission, besides the tailshaft on them they are identical internally, tremec t45

375 rwhp might be a bit out of reach, maybe 375 at the crank...
I have a stock bottom block, big port heads, cam, 70mm tb with an accufab plenum, and am making around 300 wheel. With a built bottom end you could get maybe 340 wheel. get 30 lb injectors with a regulator and run around 40 lbs of fuel before you can get it tuned.
