Default Unknown Fluid Leak...need help

i have an 02 auto gt, i've noticed what seems to be an oderless/colorless oily fluid leak under the car, it doesn't seem to leak all the time, it's somewhat intermediate ?

i tried testing to see if it leaked overnight recently but there was no new spots, then today i noticed theres new spots on the garage floor.

it also seems to be coming from the back end of the engine or possibly from underneath the front end of the exhaust ? somewhere around or between this area i believe.

i don't think it's oil or tranny fluid or power steering, or coolant ect. but i could be wrong.

could it be brake fluid ? it feels like cooking oil i'd say, rather thin but definitely greasy, it does not evaporate whatsoever.

thanks for any help guys.

It is either power steering fluid or brake fluid. Check both reservoir.

Odorless/colorless appears in the first sentence of the post. If accurate, it certainly rules out engine oil, transmission oil, automatic transmission fluid and power steering fluid (Mercon ATF in Mustangs).

All of the above certainly have color and odor.

Antifreeze/water - maybe, especially if if the mixture is mostly water.

It could be condensation from the air conditioner that dripped along a greasy part of the chassis on the way to the ground.

Brake fluid is another possibility.

These cars use automatic transmission fluid in the power steering system.

I might say air conditioner too. Turn the ac on fill blast and let it idle for a while. Or you could taste it.
