You may have a caliper that is starting to seize up and not releasing fully. Or like BraMas stated, one could be binding on the slides.

My guess is also on the rear brake caliper pins lacking any lubricant. A while ago, one of the rear pads on my car was worn extremely down into the metal (beyond the usual pad surface). When I pulled back the rubber boot to take a peek into the slider pins, they did not look like they had any lube on them at all.

Check how much pad life your brakes have.
